The Training Center provides a comprehensive and quality learning experience for individuals who want to engage in customer service. They are empowered by the Center with business skills and technical know-how in application. To achieve this aim, expertise and experience are integrated in the training modules and workshops utilized for this purpose. Thus, the Center will impart not just the KNOWLEDGE but the necessary SPECIALIZATION, as well as, for an excellent skill application.

The Center will administer a program that is geared to facilitate and assist adult learners to develop an in-depth understanding and empowered application of personal organization, well-formed decision-making skills based on the knowledge they have learned.
